Project context

A boutique residential development by BAMX in Jumeirah Village Circle, on an approximately 1,965 m² site with around 6,315 m² of built-up area. The development comprises approximately 58 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom residences, arranged over approximately six building levels, together with leisure, wellness and landscaped amenity facilities.

Sam Alyasin's responsibilities at BAMX Group encompassed project development from pre-feasibility, oversight of sales and marketing campaigns, design management and construction management.
