Design Management & Technical Coordination

We translate the owner's requirements into a coordinated design that can be built, operated and afforded.

Overview

We translate the owner's requirements into a coordinated design process, balancing design quality with budget, buildability, operation and programme. We manage the interfaces between architecture, structure, building services, interiors and specialist consultants so that issues are resolved before they become expensive changes on site. We are not the architect of record: our role is to brief, coordinate and challenge the design team on the owner's behalf, and to keep design decisions tied to the cost plan and the operator's requirements.
