Asset responsibility for a 1930s serviced-apartment building backing onto Green Park, beside The Ritz.
Project context
Arlington House was built in 1934–36 as a private residential block designed by Michael Rosenauer. It backs onto Green Park and adjoins the rear of The Ritz, Piccadilly, and operates as serviced apartments.
The building formed part of Altajir Group's London holdings within our Managing Principal's responsibilities.
