Cordoba Residence — Proposed Redevelopment

Project context

Cordoba Residence is an established villa and apartment community in Al Sufouh, close to Dubai Knowledge Park, Media City and Internet City.

NEXTSTEP's work concerns the assessment and development of a proposed redevelopment opportunity. The project material explores a new residential and mixed-use community, bringing together apartments, villas, landscape, water features and supporting retail. The assignment is redevelopment advisory and concept-stage work.

Workstreams

   Opportunity assessment

   Reviewing the existing estate and the potential for a denser, more contemporary residential community on the site.

2. 02

   Concept programme

   Coordinating a concept of mid-rise residential blocks, villas, landscaped pedestrian spaces, water features and ground-floor retail.

3. 03

   Area and programme study

   Developing preliminary area assumptions to test the concept; these are indicative and subject to reconciliation and approvals.
