Project context

Finca El Retiro is a historic estate in Churriana, Málaga, known for its gardens. The proposition under development combines medical wellness, private villas and accommodation within restored heritage buildings.

NEXTSTEP's advisory work at El Retiro addresses the proposed transformation of the estate into an integrated hospitality, wellness and longevity destination. The work brings together development strategy, project positioning, investor engagement and the coordination needed to turn an ambitious concept into a credible development proposition. The project is at vision stage: master planning, feasibility, clinical strategy, capital planning and an operating model remain to be developed.
