Project context

Metal Park is a large metals ecosystem and industrial park in the Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD), providing storage, processing and logistics facilities for the metals industry.

NEXTSTEP provided contract advisory services to the owner/developer, supporting tendering, contractor selection and contract negotiation, and was selected as project management firm for the next phase.
