Iran Sarai Hotel Complex
A proposed large-scale hotel, retail and serviced-residential complex in Tehran.
Project context
Iran Sarai was conceived as a major mixed-use destination combining a large hotel with ballroom, restaurants and health club, a shopping centre and two towers of luxury serviced apartments.
The concept was developed under our Managing Principal's responsibility within Altajir Group. It is presented as a historical development concept and was not built.
